Duplicating slices
Here’s how to duplicate a slice in your account. You can duplicate any of the slices you’ve created.
Duplicating slices is reserved for customers with a paid plan.
Duplicating a slice
To duplicate a slice, go to the slice manager and click the next to the slice you want to duplicate. Then click “Duplicate slice” in the menu:
The newly created slice will appear in your list of slices within a few moments. Its name will be “Duplicate of [your original slice name]” so you can easily identify the duplicate. Feel free to change its name by editing the slice.
What exactly is duplicated?
All of the following parts of the slice are duplicated:
- Notation
- Recordings
- Syncpoints for each recording
