David Cason has been playing the cello for over 40 years and teaching for 30. His current positions include:
Principal cello, Sherman Symphony Orchestra
Baroque cello, Dallas Bach Society
Director, K-8 Orchestra and Recorder Ensemble @ St. Mary's School Sherman
Music Director, Arco Bello Youth Orchestra
Manager and Cellist, Four Strings
In addition to performing and teaching, David has an extensive background in arranging for strings with a special emphasis on contemporary covers.
