Arnoud is back for Volume 3 of his popular gypsy jazz bass series. This course builds on Volume 1 and Volume 2, giving bassists solid ideas for commonly played tunes in this style.
For each of the 16 tunes, Arnoud plays a bassline while a rhythm guitarist plays the chords. The audio is mixed so you can hear the bass clearly, and each note is notated in standard notation and (for those coming from electric bass) tablature. As in every Soundslice-produced course, the video is synced with notation, so you know exactly what’s being played and never get lost while learning and practicing.
Arnoud carefully selected the tunes to provide a diversity of feels, tempos and keys. The goal here is for you to get plenty of ideas on what you can play in a variety of situations. Enjoy!
