Welcome to The Classical Ukulele Volume 1: A Collection of 20 Pieces adapted from Classic Guitar and Lute Repertoire. This course is designed for ukulele players of all levels who would like to explore the world of classical music played finger style on Ukulele.
Inside, you will find a wide variety of music pieces chosen from different style periods, including Renaissance, Baroque, Classical, Romantic, and Modern. I have adapted these pieces from the original sources and arranged them for the ukulele, taking into consideration its unique characteristics and range limitations compared to lute and guitar.
Each piece is provided in Ukulele tablature and music notation. All pieces are also posted on SoundSlice.com as synchronized video and TAB/Notation. Links to the Classical Ukulele book on SoundSlice.com are provided to all registered owners of this course.
