Pierluigi Colangelo

Bio

Pierluigi Colangelo was born in Trento ( Italy) in 1987. He has been playing the classic guitar since he was seven and earned a Leaving Diploma and a Bacheleor of Music Degree in guitar- both with distinction- at the Music Conservatory F. A. Bomporti ( Riva del Garda-Tn ) with the guidance of the music teacher Fabrizio Giudice.
He has continued his studies at the Accademia della Chitarra di Brescia (Brescia Guitar Academy) and attended various master classes with some renown Italian lecturers, among these we remember Giulio Tampalini, Andrea Dieci,Bruno Giuffredi , Lorenzo Micheli. Successively, he has broaden his research into pop music as a fellow composer and songwriter at Mogol CET (Centro Europeo di Toscolano). He regularly performs for theater productions, readings, conventions and cultural events. Together with his activity as a songwriter and a classic and acoustic guitar player, he works as a teacher for schools and cultural associations.
