Refunds for your Soundslice course

We have a customer-friendly refund policy: buyers can ask for a refund within seven days of purchase, no questions asked.

If somebody requests a refund for your course, you’ll see it in your sales stats.

Note that our payouts are arranged such that there’s always a week delay between a course sale and your payout. This is to account for the refund period.
