We’ve improved our sheet music scanner to do automatic slant correction.

If the music in your PDF or photo isn’t strictly straight, we’ll now automatically rotate it so that it’s as straight as possible. That makes the image a bit nicer for you to work with in our system, plus it might also lead to better scanning results.

You can opt out of this behavior by unchecking the “Fix rotation” checkbox when doing a scan:
