New: Rests in synceditor guide notes

We’ve made an improvement to our synceditor: the “guide notes” now include rests.

“Guide notes” are what we call the notes that we overlay on the synceditor’s waveform. You can drag them to do fine-grained syncing at the level of individual notes.

With this new change, you now have the ability to set the syncing for rests — not just for notes.

Previously we didn’t offer this functionality because we thought it wouldn’t be needed...but it turns out there are some valid reasons you might want to specify the syncpoint of a specific rest. For example, you might want to specify the syncpoint for the end of the previously sustained note).
