Vibrato

Here’s how to work with vibrato using the Soundslice editor.

Creating vibrato markings

  1. Select a note. (It doesn’t matter if you select it within the tablature staff or the standard-notation staff.)
  2. In the editor’s top panel, open the “Tab” section and click the “Toggle vibrato” icon . Or search the editor for “Toggle vibrato.” Or use a keyboard shortcut.

Removing vibrato markings

  1. Select the note that has vibrato. (It doesn’t matter if you select it within the tablature staff or the standard-notation staff.)
  2. You’ll see a vibrato icon in the current notations section. Click that icon to remove the vibrato marking.

Displaying vibrato in standard notation

At the moment, vibrato markings are only displayed above tablature — not in the standard notation. We’re planning to improve this.
